saying by one of the legend of Bengal and an international figure Rabindranath Tagore.
Rabindra Jayanti is a cultural celebration to mark the birth anniversary of the luminary ,Nobel prize
laureate. Celebrated annually and globally in May Rabindra Jayanti falls on the the 25th day of the
Bengali month of Boishakh. Rabindra Jayanti is celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm every year to
commemorate his birthday and remembering the unparallel work done by him.
Being cognizant of the pandemic circumstances a virtual program was held to pay homage to this
luminary Rabindranath Tagore on his 160th birthday .Our students paid tribute to this great personality
through their songs, dance and recitation. We were earnest enough to observe this auspicious day.
