Republic Day (26th Jan 2018)
69th Republic day was celebrated in ST. JOSEPH’S CONVENT HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL,CHITTARANJAN on 26.01.18.
Sr. Carol B.S. vice principal of S.J.C.H.S.S unfurled the national flag. National anthem was sung by all the members of Josephite family. A short cultural programme was organized by the students of class VIII-C . The programme started with the patriotic song "Vande Matram", followed by students pledge.
There was a display of placards explaining the contribution of Freedom Fighters towards the freedom struggle. Students performed a dance based on patriotic songs - dedicated to the Indian soldiers. The programme ended with the vote of thanks.
