Activity Day - Primary (04th May 2018)
ACTIVITY DAY: REMEMBERING TAGORE.
Songs and poetries of Rabindranath Tagore filled the air at St. Joseph’s Convent (Primary) on 4th of May 2018, as a part of anticipated celebrations of Rabindra Jayanti.
Classes I & II performed splendid recitations while classes III-V participated in house-wise group singing competition. The event was graced by the judges, namely Mr Dipankar Pal and Mrs Sunita Bandopadhyay for the recitation, also, Mr Sumit Chatterjee and Mrs Haimanti Sengupta for the singing competition. They are well versed and proficient with Tagore’s ism.
Sister Titus, Madam Shilpi, Madam Jonali, and the Cultural committee deserve an acknowledgment for the success of the event.
