Teachers’ Day Celebration (05th September 2018)
Teachers’ Day Celebration was held on 5th September, 2018 in the School Auditorium.
The day was honoured by the teachers themselves, as the students were answering their half-yearly examination.
The significance of the day was well articulated by garlanding the portraits of Dr. Radhakrishnan and St. Teresa, since it was the death anniversary of Saint Teresa. The importance of the day was highlighted and the Principal Dr. Sr. Shwetha was congratulated and honoured for her achievement in the field of education, as she was conferred with the honour by the IEM and UEM Kolkata as “Inspiring Best Teacher Award 2018”. She spoke on the occasion and recognised the efforts of the teachers towards the children’s wellbeing through the noble vocation called “Teaching” and acknowledged the same through the tokens of Love.
The day came to an end with a sumptuous and delicious meal.
