Music ignites all areas of child development; it helps the body and the mind to work together. Patriotic songs are those that demonstrate love for the country, or have themes that glorify self-sacrifice, lands’ beauty, history of ideals.
To bring out the singing talent of the students a singing competition was conducted on 9 August 2024 for the students of classes I to IV under the guidance of Sr Pushpa in - change of primary wing. The theme of the singing competition was ‘PATRIOTISM’. The budding singers enthralled and mesmerized the audience present in the auditorium with their melodious performance. Their songs invoked strong sense of patriotism in each one. It was a great show and the entire school was involved in cheering, encouraging and appreciating the performances. We look forward to many such amazing performances in future by the young Josephites. The programme concluded with the motivational words spoken by the judge of the day.
