An orientation program for the teachers was conducted on Saturday , 24/8/24 with the aim of equipping the teachers with adequate skills for conducting effective class as per NEP guidelines.
The orientation program was organized in the auditorium of St Joseph's Convent Higher Secondary, Chittaranjan, under the able guidance of Rev Fr. Arbind,both ICSE and CBSE prinpals Sr.Asha and Sr. Priyanka & primary In charge Sr Pushpa.
The orientation was conducted in two sessions . The resource person for the morning session was Madam Geeta Anand Chakraborty, a renowned faculty of Naba Nalanda School.
Despite her busy schedule she was generous enough to accept our invitation to had come all the way from Kolkata to conduct this wonderful Session and share some of her valuable experiences and knowledge with the teachers.
The 2nd session was meticulously handled by Madam Anamika Singh who is well versed in conducting seminars and orientations across India. She was a former journalist and CEO of Kaboodle group.
Apart from the teachers from ICSE and CBSE, other teachers from Andal ,Asansol and Jamtara had also participated jointly attended this session to gain knowledge regarding innovative teaching techniques to be used in everyday class room teaching. The entire session was motivating, exciting, inspiring and above all informative. We look forward to more such didactic sessions in the days to come.
