Investiture Ceremony (13th Apr 2018)

Investiture ceremony is a day when leaders are chosen, when the baton of leadership is handed over, a day when heroes come out and a day of mirth and Chivalry.

It was a bright summer morning of 13th April 2018 when St. Joseph’s Convent Higher Secondary school Chittaranjan witnessed the handing over of the leadership charges to the students in various categories in the form of Investiture Ceremony.

The programme began with an assembly presented by the students of class XII on the theme “leadership”. This idea was further made prominent by the means of a beautiful song. Next the newly elected leaders and assistant leaders were vested by the school Principal Dr. Sr. Shwetha and Vice - Principal Sr. Carol. After that the leaders solemnly promised to discharge their duties to the best of their abilities. A fine speech by the Principal encouraged the successors and the predecessors, who would be passing out. The young leaders also pledged to take SJCHSS to new heights of success in every field. The colourful programme came to an end with the school anthem.
