On 5th April 2025, our school conducted a Teachers' Orientation Programme centered around the inspiring theme “Be a Teacher Today.” The resource person of the day was Fr John, who had come all the way from Delhi to be with us.The session aimed to set the tone for the new academic year by encouraging educators to reflect on the evolving role of teachers in shaping young minds. The orientation focused on the evolving role of teachers in today’s dynamic learning environment. It highlighted the importance of adaptability, empathy, innovation, and continuous learning in shaping young minds. Teachers reflected on their vital role not just as subject experts, but as mentors, motivators, and role models.
Teachers explored ways to build deeper connections with students, adopt unique teaching methodologies, and embrace their roles as facilitators of holistic learning. The orientation served as a reflective space, encouraging the educators to align their personal growth with the needs of 21st-century learners.
It was a day of learning, sharing, and reaffirming the school’s commitment to nurturing empowered, compassionate, and future-ready individuals.
